Every time we fucked up, we covered wonderfully, and the costume changes were perfect.

The first performance, half the audience walked out during intermission, and no one laughed at the funny parts.

But you know what? We expected that. The school is populated by rich snobs that don't speak English very well. They didn't care. But it was okay.

The second performance, people just wandered in from the street to see us. And stayed. And that was special.

But no matter what had happened, we'd be this happy. Because we weren't doing this for them.

• That was amazing. You know how you feel when you come out of a musical? That absolute euphoria? You know a Shakespeare play is great when it gives you that feeling. I wish every one of you guys could come here and see As You Like It at the Globe, because I can't accurately describe its perfection in words. GUYS THERE WAS HET UST THAT GOT ME ALL HOT AND BOTHERED.
